The only real buff Mamo needs is to evolve at level 7 instead of level 9. If they do that then they may even need to nerf Mamo after all these years of buffing him but it would be so much better than waiting until level 9 to get your stats.

And Ice Fang should make you CC immune to the Pokemon you grab if you land it. Or even just stun them in the ice. I don't care how nerfed the move gets, please just change this. There's so many times I've traded a CC ability with a low-health defender only for them to just get out of IF for free and kill me back. It's fair if it's an ally that stops me, it's unfair when I hit my difficult-to-land CC and get punished for doing so. Damage isn't Mamo's problem, it's actually being able to deal said damage. Maybe its passive should have CC reduction/Tenacity/whatever it's called but CC does get really annoying as an IF Mamo main.

Better stats and level 8 Evo, yes I get starters at start of the game compared to main game, but we can still thematically makes sense of this trend

As an espeon main we need to try to level up as much as possible because we can hit big dmg with psybeam at lvl 6 and in early game it’s great
