Really interesting insights, thank you Veronica! I found out about Human Design a few days ago, I tried researching it to see if I actually am a Projector, surprisingly I am all these traits. 🤭 I'm really grateful for having learned more about myself, the burnout is one of the biggest for me, working as a bartender I always feel like it's taking a lot out of me mentally, which now I understand why. I think knowing what will help me a lot in my personal and professional life. Yay!

excellent tips: love the time management, at least 30min between calls, only 4 clients a day, only two coaching days a week, amazing. To make ourselves available and visibles, yes. To prioritize rest, still struggling :-)

I Get it - there is sooooooo much conditioning for Projectors around rest. But once you learn to love rest, you'll never want to go back 😂 We get to achieve MORE by doing LESS why would anyone want the opposite 😋

Yes I can relate as I operated as a Generator (or trier to) for most of my life. It’s a process and it doesn’t happen over night! Start with small and manageable changes and build on it at your own pace x

I revisit this video frequently but I really had an aha moment watching today. My role that I'm switching into is much more focused on helping people who come to us in lending. The way I used to work in lending was more of a referral system which was exhausting because I just always felt pulled in so many directions. Watching this really helped me to analyze and identify how important it was to not feel so pulled by different forces that are unaligned but have a true alignment to people who are inviting me in and not just hoping to be a part of a network and deal with so many competing interests. Being invited by the right people and making sure the attraction strategy supports that gives me so much more peace and energy in my day

Great question! My suggestions for you specifically would be influenced by other aspects of your design and not just your energy type but broadly, things that I have personally found helpful are - 1. cut out the 'fluff'...our energy is about quality not quantity so the more you can streamline what you do and only prioritise the things that actually matter, the better, 2. Have systems in place that help you focus and do the heavy lifting for you without always having to think about it, 3. Rest BEFORE you engage your energy in something not AFTER, I always say to clients that rest for us projectors is a Prerequisite not a reward, the quality of your energy is so much more important than the quantity and it becomes so much easier for you to focus your energy when your batteries are topped up...the more tired you are the harder it is to focus your energy 'beam' so to speak. Hope that helps! 🙌

Having no motors is not a problem, it only becomes a problem when you don't embrace having no motors...there is no good/bad design, it's just a matter of deconditioning from believing you have to behave in a certain way in order to achieve your version of success x
