Fun to watch an atem user experience all the benefits of vmix. I used a tricaster from 2005-2018 and have been mainly using vmix ever since.

Vmix yes! I've been interested in it after learning you and Petra both use Vmix for some "heavy lifting" getting things done. It's an impressive, well rounded out piece of software to be sure.

I'm not using vMix nowadays, but this quick format is still interesting to watch, in case I use it again in the future! And the concepts can be applied in other workflows too (VDO Ninja + OBS in my case, for remote callers.

Really interesting video. I also have the Atem Mini Extreme ISO and the vMix 4K version. I much prefer vMix, but sometimes they match quite well together, especially when I need more than 4 HDMI inputs that I got on my Elgato Camlink Pro. I would enjoy more content about vMix and I think it would be interesting for other Atem users to learn what vMix can bring to the table on top of the already very good Atems.

Can you do a direct comparison between Atem Extreme/2ME and vMix workflow based on one of your previous shows? It would be good to see how I can do things in vMix that I usually do on my Atem. I'm also guessing most people would actually use StreamDeck to switch layouts in vMix ?

The annoying commercials are too long. get rid of them or shorten them to 15 seconds each.
