Okay so here is the thing for after effects basically you can run after effects on this specifications obviously previous version but the thing is you can able to edit light compositions. Means you can only do light editing not heavy on this specifications but you can try your luck with the tips that have been shared in the video. You can try after effects 2016 for this specifications.

Bhai waise I have the same specs but mere me ho Jata hai, and try these tips which I mentioned and also are you using media encoder, usko use Karo and codec wagera change Kar ke Dekh lo shayad Baat ban jaaye and Kabhi Kabhi Kuch frames gadbad karte hai render me to daikh lo Kahi koi frame to problem Nahi Kar Ra hai and most of the things depends upon the composition settings.
