You have to use dual output dc to dc converter for using intex 2.1 in car. Keep booster circuit inside the amplifier . Use high value capacitor like 10000uf on booster power input and use thick gauge wire to connect it to battery.

24 volt chaahiye first. Ampere jitna chaahiye amplifier utna hi lega. Extra amps se koi benefit nahi hai. If voltage is proper then only amplifier takes the Ampere. If voltage is less it will not take the ampere even if thousands are available.
