Please how is the reaction time determined during parameter settings

For a fully automatic chemistry analyzer, the reaction time is pre-programmed by the manufacturer for all chemistries. For a semiautomatic analyzer the reaction time is provided by the reagent manufacturer, usually written on the reagent data sheet. If it is not provided, you can use the general reaction time for that chemistry.

For protein and albumin in cal set up there is no g/dl instead there is g/L in the literature .. N I can't change to g/dl... How to get it corrected?
@easypassgh75064 күн бұрын
You can leave it like that and use a conversion factor for the final results. Alternatively you can find the unit section of the chemistry and change it if that is allowed for the machine you are using. Most labs leave their final results in g/L.

how can i ask how to do inventory for wash d? thank you
@easypassgh7506Ай бұрын
Inventory on wash solutions are supplied by the machine sensors The concentrated wash inventory will be displayed by the system and the you could physically measure that of the d wash yourself

What does edited mean under the calibration

This is when the calibration factor was manually inputted instead of using a calibrator to calibrate.

How do I then get to rectify the issue cause with the edited showing I can't get to calibrate that specific reagent, and how can remove that edited alarm
