Just there on step 4 of 5, I have selected universal as an LNB type and when I try to scan it just shows a black bar .what can I do coz from there it doesn't move it hist stays there. And the is a time I reached step 5 of 5 but all those numbers remained as 0.and it says your signal strength and quality is poor.
