How To Run On Air GLITCH TUTORIAL - [Spider-Man: Miles Morales PS4/PS5]

Here's a tutorial on how to Run On Air in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. With this glitch, you'll be able to defy the laws of physics and run on air... because, why not?
You'll experience a number of other glitches throughout the process, such as Miles wearing his Spider-Man suit during cutscenes and parts where he's supposed to wearing his regular clothes, dialogue overlapping each other, using abilities where you're not supposed to, strange walking animations, going out of bounds, glitched close up camera view, invisible and floating platforms, and even altered textures & lighting. With this glitch you can also reach the max height in the game. Miles will continue running upward until you choose to stop. You'll notice that as you run out of bounds and closer to the sky box background, the map will begin disappearing. Eventually NYC will be completely gone. Falling back down to Earth after that will take a while, so be prepared for a very long free fall. Hope you guys enjoy!

If you're having an issue where Miles doesn't have Electricity (Venom Power) when you hold L1 while on the rooftop, try going to a different Combat or Traversal trial. The Combat Trial 1 and Traversal trial 1 definitely work. Perhaps there's one that doesn't allow you to use venom Power for whatever reason. Might solve the issue. The only other issue I can think of is that you don't have the Venom Jump ability unlocked yet. Venom Jump is an ability you have to unlock using a skill point. It'll be in the Middle Skill Tree.

If any of you don't have Venom Powers for whatever reason, try choosing Combat Challenge 1.0 for Step 1. It's possible that the particular challenge your choosing is preventing you from using Venom Powers. Also make sure that you hear Pete talking during the cutscene. i still do not have any venom power

The thing most people have trouble with is Step 2. If you open your menu too quickly or too slowly right after pressing Triangle at the computer, it won't work. You need to get the timing down. Even I don't get it every single time. But once you get the timing right, it'll be much easier. And make sure you open the menu (Touch Pad) after you press triangle and not before- that'll cause it to not work either. Are you playing as Spider-Man when you try to use the Venom Power? Do you have the Venom Jump ability unlocked yet? There may also be some ability in the skill tree that is enabling the venom bar to fill up during this glitch, so try seeing if there's maybe a skill you haven't unlocked yet. Unlock all the skills that have to deal with venom Power- just to be safe. Have you ever updated your game before? And are you using a North American version of the game or perhaps from another country? It's possible that other versions of the game from different countries have different updates and/or functionalities in the game. I have no way of determining that for sure, since I only have a North American copy. This glitch still works 100% of the time for me and I have all the latest patches/updates. So I'd say if you haven't updated your game before, you could also try that. Just keep in mind that if you do update, you won't be able to do all of the glitches that have been patched already. So keep that in mind... Hope that helps! Let me know if you manage to get it working.

I'm good at breaking games lol. Been doing it for years. And yeah, it's totally an over the shoulder camera glitch as well. There's a few other glitches along with the running on air. hey! petes voice wont come up for me no matter what, i finished all the challenges is that the issue? edit: petes voice randomly came up and it works now idk why but it did. thx for the tutorial tho!

Glad you got it working! And it won't matter if you've already completed the challenges or not. It has to do with the timing when you press Triangle at the computer console and open your menu at the same time. If it's done too slowly or quickly it won't work. Even I don't get it every time. Just takes some practice. But now that you got it, that's great. Enjoy the glitch!

So uhm how did you get venom power every time I go into the mission I don't have any and I can't perform air tricks or camo Wich means I'm stuck with none and can't venom jump

When you try doing the glitch, do you hear Pete talking during the cutscene? If not, then you have to do Step 2 again. If you don't get the timing right on Step 2, it'll prevent the glitch from working... The other thing you can try is going to "Combat Challenge 1.0" for Step 1 (that's the same exact one I went to for this glitch). It's possible that the particular challenge you're going to doesn't allow you to Cloak or use Venom Powers. So try "Combat Challenge 1.0". Also, make sure that you have the Venom Jump ability unlocked in your skill tree... This glitch isn't patched and works on every version of the game. So try the two things I suggested above and see if that helps. Let me know if you get it working.

@@Papatreece I already tried all that I had the suit and everything it's just that I didn't have any venom I used combat challenge and traversal and i still didn't have any but still thanks for the help because afterwards the glitch stayed on in fisk tower after you jump and powers work in there so I played out of bounds for a bit so I still did a glitch thanks to you

Shoot, I'm sorry it didn't work for you. But I'm glad you got to do the Out of Bounds glitch in Fisk Tower at least. There's a lot of fun stuff you can do with that glitch. I'll see if I can figure out what may have happened on your end. If I figure out why the Venom Power isn't showing up, I'll let you know.

Wait I did this with just running on a building then I used my web n i did infinite run to space n I couldn't stop I was going higher than the plane in 20 secs

There is a glitch like that that occured before any updates/patches to the game. It happened randomly and couldn't be triggered manually. My glitch works after all the patches and can be done manually through my tutorial. But yeah, there's a few clips on KZbin of that exact glitch happening to them too. It's pretty cool you had it happen to you. If you let Miles keep running he will eventually run all the way out of the sky box.

Oh ok. Have you ever updated your game or purchased it digitally? I haven't seen the glitch happen randomly like that after patches and updates so that's why I'm wondering. If it did then that's pretty rare. Either way, if you ever want to do it again you can try out my tutorial. It's definitely a fun glitch to mess around with.
