Never load it from your belt or lower I've had an injury when I first started and the spear gun slid and the spear went through my hand always load and unload from your chest only.

Painful. It takes this fool 6 minutes to "explain" you need to pull the big rubber band back. Everybody used a miniature one of these in grade school. This video isn't really necessary.
