Your explanation about aircraft rudder should of been more in detail. It really comes down to the controller you're using, yes if you're using a one stick 2-3 channel setup then yes your rudder would be controlled using a one stick transmitter on the right side. But typically 99% of the time you would be using a higher channel radio, with two sticks, and the rudder would be on the left side, not the right. However, there is an exception to this rule, if you fly in Europe, they typically fly with the controls reversed. Why? Well because they can't win world wars like we can here in America.

Yeah my voice is kind of muffled. It's just the internal mic in the Sony Handycam. If I pressed the narration button it would sound better i think.

This video did not help me much, it was hard to hear you. Basically all I heard was you saying that you got thousands of hours in Rc planes, and that the left side of the transmitter controls the sails, while the right side controls the rudder.
