How to Salt Pigtails - Pink Salt (Himalayan)

In Jamaica salted pig tails are consumed and is used in many dishes. One of my favorite dish with pigs tail is Stewed peas and rice. Here I salt the pig tail in preparation for cooking my favorite dish!!

That is the wrong pink salt hun they did mean pink himalyan it should be pink curing salt also known as Prague #1 or Instacure its pink colored curing salt

You have to buy pink caring salt and kosher salt to do that.
