I'm making a video slideshow from photos ,or photos of my art. my question is what's a good file size that all my photos should be ?? how many pixels or inches .....?

Your slides should be 1920 x 1080 pixels in landscape orientation (16:9 aspect ratio). This resolution is ideal for full HD video and will ensure that your photos look clear and sharp on most screens. The pixels per inch (PPI) value is related to the pixel density of a screen, but for video slideshows, focusing on the resolution is more important. Using 1920 x 1080 pixels provides the best quality for standard HD displays.

I would first try logging in on a different computer and attempt the download. That way we can see if its a Artwork problem or a computer problem.
