What if recording is in process but zoom shut down because of internet access error??? Will it save in device?

I had requested the host for permission to record, he clicked yes, but when meeting was over, the recording is not saved. I searched the folder where the previous 2 trial videos were saved, but in vain. How to retrieve that recorded video.
