If you want hair to show up, you have to use talcum powder in your hair and then it will show up on the scanner

Don't want hair to show as it "pokes" through the STL file when trying to slice it

That good video! I am about to enter the world of 3D design with the intention of making pros and helmets like these, this video helps clarify the doubts of a complete beginner, this technique is very good but I have some doubts, as I am sure of the measurement of the scan of my head? Does the app take my exact measurements? Or should I take measurements of my head and then adjust the scan to those measurements? Sorry, I'm new to this and I would love to achieve results like yours!

On your storm trooper helmet and outfit what color paint did you use if you know the code number. Very good job.

Good video!! How do you achieve smoothing the helmet? It looks VERY good. And what do you use to paint it, acrylics and an airbrush? I hope my grammar is correct; English is not my native language.

I have some other videos on how to smooth PLA plastics. Go check those out. I use plain old rattle can paint and clear coat for protecting the paint

I have the elegoo neptune 3 plus which is a similar printer to youres, can you make a vid on your settings for smooth prints? still learning just got it last week!

Settings are important but not the main reason for smooth prints. It's all about having a calibrated and tuned printer. Check this video out for tuning your Elegoo kzbin.info/www/bejne/qHjch52neKllhs0. Also....make sure your bed is level. Additionally....keep your temps where they need to be for your hot end and bed. I run my hot end at 210 and my bed at 65. Those temps could change based on the filament you use. Good luck!
