Is this a set it and forget it setup, or are there occasions where Authentication would have to be re-established (such as when a printer reboots)?

This is still new process for us. I think it is a more permanent method. Only from setting up other Microsoft integration apps, Microsoft may have two year limit before re-authentication required. Not sure about if or when re-authentication is required. I know we have company for several months now still working.

Hello, I have a question, is the OAuth 2.0 (Google) settings option already activated on the device? Either only some models have that setting, or an update has to be made for it to be displayed.

This is a new feature, Summer 2024. It will require newer firmware. I do not know the order or how far back in the product line Canon will take this. So my only statement could be, keep unit up to date as far firmware and have to keep looking to see if it is added.

If you are referring to the Microsoft code for approval, then turn OFF OAuth2 and wait 15 minutes for it to timeout. Start again.
