How to scan your signature

I've been constantly tasked to do paper works using pc these days and that includes making letter communication.. And it really is headwrecker when I want to put signature on the paper using Word but then i don't have a perfect background remover 🤦‍♀️ now seeing this tutorial video, i really hope it does work. 😁

but the new requirement also says that you have to actually affix a physical photo on your application in addition to the digital copies, since I will be taking an image of an existing photo on my passport(original I don't have anymore) how can I work around that requirement?

Hi all :) I suppose the best solution : Format > Color > Set Transparent Color and to pick up the background Same in Excel. (guaranteed the background of signature will not a way appear on the paper) Enjoy :)
