What should be the length of a question??? Is it mandatory to write introduction and conclusion like all other subjects? Some people say I law demands number of headings and brief history of that particular question. Furthermore, it is also opined that I law does not need intro and conclusion . What's your take on this point sir. Thanks in advance.

Its is recommended that answer to the point. if there is no need for background or things like that then no need to mention. If it is an argumentative type question, you may make an intro and conclusion as well
