Also, if you don't have early picks and you're trying to look for diamonds in the rough in the later rounds, try looking at the College pro-day scouting combine reports, if they are top 10/top 5 in every category, they're going to have hidden development and at least be a 65 ovr. I've gotten late 60/early 70 ovr players beyond the 4th round by looking at the college scouting combine thing during the draft. If you have the patience to compare prospects and see which ones are better, then you will draft great players.

size has been huge in this game. i've found a 6'7 WR, 6'9 TE, 6'5 CB, giant DTs and OTs... there seems to be a lot more range in size which i love so far this year

Am literally 25 plus years in on ine of my teams, the way history played out in that franchise is kind of nuts. Josh jacobs ended with ridiculous numbers. Broke all the records, somebody broke jerry rices records, and the amount of players i have drafted and after a year or two have turned into amazing players really keeps me hooked lol.. so far have only found 2 x factor players off jump but plenty of stars and superstars. Truly just takes time and comparing whats available and like always a LITTLE BIT OF LUCK. i have drafted ppl who did horrible at combine but were hidden dev traits, have drafted one of my X factor players in the 6th round.. so anything is possible.

Got my PS5 recently, I had madden 24 for the PS4 but I sold, I found an old GameStop gift card and it was able to get madden 24 for the ps5. Not buying madden 25 until I can get it for less than $25 Secondhand. Only thing I’m buying is college football.

I drafted an overall superstar x factor wr in the 6th round. He was only a 69 at the beginning of the season but is now already a 76 and I'm only 10-11 games into the season. 6th round 6'4 speed demon DeMarcus Baker is the future of my WR room.

There's so many players I drafted the balled out for me and I know them all by name lol. It's like they are a piece of me. My generational WR was Nolan Jordan, tyreek hill kind of receiver, super fast, super slippery, amazing hands. He beat all of Jerry Rices records and he's only been in the league for maybe 8 or 9 seasons so far 😭😭😭 boy got like 6 2000+ yard seasons. Love that guy forever man 💪🏼😅

I do a connected franchise every madden with a group of 31 guys and last madden after one of our drafts I found an undrafted 6ft9 260lb TE that was 62 overall and superstar dev. Got him up to a 99 overall xfactor creature after a few seasons. That height advantage is no joke bro!

The combine speed and other stats determine how much more speed that they might have because two guys could have elite speed on the side but they'll have different levels of speed like a guy that ran 4.38 will have less speed if another guy ran 4.28 if they have the same build now if they have different builds the speed can vary as well like a physical will have less speed than a deep threat even if it shoes that they'll have great or elite speed on the side especially if the combine 40 is different. Yeah the 40 time and combine stats matter just in a smaller way than it looks

I got super lucky with a prospect spotlight that I wouldn't have checked into otherwise. I notice it normally doesn't matter either, but got lucky and got a SS 6'2 WR in round 3 with 95 speed. They're normally duds but I always focus scout them cuz I'm a nerd lol

To help a little bit more here’s an extra tip… Top 5 TRUE talents are 76+ OVR Round 1 TRUE talents are 74-76 OVR Round 1-2 TRUE talents are 72-73 OVR Round 2-3 TRUE talents are 69-71 OVR Round 3-4 TRUE talents are 68-69 OVR Day 3 TRUE talents are 65-67 OVR And UDFA TRUE talents are 64 and below Note: These are not projection talents, these are only TRUE talents which only unlocks at 100% scouted

Not true, a top 5 true talent is just within/tied for top 5 in the class, if the fifth best player is 74, and the 9th best player are both 74, then 9 players are going to say top 5 talent for instance But the true talent is only relative to the class, I've seen classes already where the highest rated player is 78, then it drops to 75

You want to get the best draft picks? Just simulate the draft...look at the players, and reload a save to do the draft again. You'll get the best available guys at every pick...every time.
