Just a quick tip for those of us that put ink in the wrong screens (all the time), add to your artwork (in the corner) what color goes in that screen. You can always tape it off. It just saves you from standing there with your screen and film trying to remember which one is which. Or maybe I'm dyslexic and I'm the only one who struggles with this. IDK.

I don't work in this field anymore but I've always found it interesting to follow. I worked for a while for the company that invented edible images and used to do the reclaiming and mending of screens as well as making the screens for production. Great video! Instant sub from me.

Hi, but on the black T-shirt, we could use the negative frame as the base, and the positive with another colour to make a duo-tones, do you agree?

How do you keep the shirt side of the screen from building up a ton of ink. Mine always gathers ink and ruins the halftone after a few prints
@omarp.3929 Жыл бұрын
Lower mesh count screens have larger openings that allow more ink to flow through, while higher mesh count screens allow for finer details in your printing but with less of a coating of ink.
@Scratchboardproductions Жыл бұрын
@@omarp.3929 is 230 considered a low mesh count?
@omarp.3929 Жыл бұрын
@@Scratchboardproductions no, that’s pretty high but I’d also try not flooding and just doing the pull and see how that works out, just from my experience with halftones
