Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee:(48-60T)120-160 mesh number;65-75 degree suueegee.
2.XG-Serise baking powder mixing ratio 2%.
3.Catalyst SND hardener mixing ratio 5%.
4.After natural drying,bake in the oven at 30 degree for 10 minutes.
Process:
Step1:SND black ink print 5 layers.
Black Iink SND-501 100G
Baking powder XG-Serise 2G
SND hardener SND-9103 5G
Step2:After natural drying,bake in the oven at 30 degree for 10 minutes.
Step3:Hot press 170 degree for 15-18 seconds.
