1.Mesh&Squeegee:(48T-60T)120-150mesh number;65-75degree squeegee.
2.Silicone catalyst:Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2-3%,for XG-866F mixing ratio 10%.
3.Silicone pigment:XG-Serise mixing ratio 10%.
4.Silicone thinner:XG-128AH mixing ratio 0-20%.
5.Bake at 130 degree for 30 minutes.
Process:
Step1:Crossing linker under print 1 layer.

Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Step2:Round silicone tickening print 4 layers.
Round silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2-3G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-20G
Step3:Anti-migration silicone print 3 layers.
Anti-migration silicone XG-866F-2 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Step4:Round silicone with silicone pigment print 4 layers.

Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2-3G

Step5:Glossy silicone top print 2 layers.
Glossy silicone XG-399-2 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1-1.5G
Step6:Bake at 130 degree for 30 minutes.
