Or you can script it in the reinforcement menu to use it when in middle of the game and drop it wherever you like...

do you know how to make artillery spawn towed on truck, i've keep having only the truck spawning without the artillery on it

Keep them towed and just tag the truck. Use safe teleport and rotate

i try the make a map and save it but i couldn't find in multiplayer list. can you please explain how to save maps to proper places , thanks

If you make a map, it gets automatically saved to the map folder. Not in multiplayer.
