I go from gel to Polygel to acrylic and recently have been doing Apres and Enail Couture’s 1-2-3 Go method. But acrylic is my favorite. I haven’t attempted sculpting yet, but want to try it soon. I always start with a super thin layer of clear acrylic to build the nail first. Only because white acrylic is a different texture than clear and cover powders & can be a pain to build! You made this method look effortless

If the form does not reach your nail due to it being bitten so short you can extend it before you put the form on check out the channel Nailcou Extremely Bitten Nails To Long - Manicure & Extensions Transformation (watch this video first) Short Bitten Nails & Skin Transformation (then watch this video so you can understand what she did a bit better) Those videos should help you a lot.
