I am working working with ultrasonogram validity in osteoarthritis knee, in that case I get only 3 papers! I choose osteoarthritis or knee osteoarthritis for searching?

Sorry for misisng your comment. It might be because you don't have access to the other databases, unfortunately. It depends on your institutional access

One question, when searching with Ovid in Embase, do you access 100% of Embase? Thank you very much for the video.

Embase is European focused. Medline Ovid is primarily North American. So no you would not access 100% of Embase with an Ovid search
