Love the incorporation of Barney! This must be for me because that was my era. Question: is it required that we collaborate with an institute in the host country? I am already in a graduate program in the US. And I already have an affiliate but they work for the Embassy of my host country. Do you think that is ok? 🤔

It depends on the country you are interested in and the specific program you are applying to! My program required that I was affiliated with a university. I would take a closer look at the program requirements for your desired program.
