Hands down, this is the best installment I’ve ever seen. Normally nobody takes the time to secure the back nape area with the wigs. In the winter time the nape area holds better

I can tell you what happened with your color: the developers in each box is different. By adding the developers together (not the color) you actually made a lower level developer. I know the math doesn't make since but that is chemistry. Had you used only the developer of the lightest shade you would have achieved the lift you wanted.

@@JadaMcdonald welcome. Just like you can use violet/blue based powders to bleach your knots but you can't leave them on as long because they are lifting and toning at the same time. That is also another way to dye your wigs. For the brown you were trying to achieve, a blue based powder and 20 volume developer may do the trick. Play around with some highlights first before doing a full head.

@@lovebug6388 Well while you're here, can you tell me about 40 developer. What is that supposed to be used for? I had to bleach my knots and that's all I had and it made my knots so orange.

@@KD-dr3gy higher levels of developer equals higher levels of lift and a quicker lift time. For knot bleaching I would recommend 30 volume at the most with a maximum time of 20 minutes. At ten minutes check for color change and every 5 minutes thereafter. Safest bet is 20 volume at 20-30 minutes. At 20 minutes check and every 5 minutes thereafter. We pay too much money to be throwing hair away. To fix your brassy roots you have can either go permanent or semi permanent color. Find the color you want for the roots and mix it up. Take a disposable mascara wand and apply to the affected areas. Let set for prescribed time. Knots fixed. Another trick. If you have to use up your 40 vol developer, no sweat. Go get some semi permanent hair dye in the darkest purple shade and add it to the mix. It will counteract the chemical reaction due to them being opposite on the color wheel. Hope this helps!

Ok, So I love love love this wig. I clicked the link to order and the wig sent isn't a 360. I have been writing the company and they say that they don't have 360 wigs on their site but they can make me one for $256. This is an old post so I'm guessing inventory has changed. If you want this unit save yourself time and money and email the company. They do charge a hefty restocking fee for returns

I am a colorist most box dye comes with 20volume developer you should have not used developer that' came in box next time purchase a 30 or 40 volume developer to add instead of using the one in box you will see more lift beautiful job anyway
