I am Sagittarius and the guy I have been dating is Virgo. To be more precise (because I am Virgo, lol), a Virgo Sun in 6th house or 1st house maybe a health freak, a Virgo Sun 4th house maybe a clean freak, but a Virgo Sun 9th house like me may organize ideas and knowledge...etc. It depends on the house where the Sun (or Moon) is placed. Cause with my Virgo Sun 9th house I am far from being a clean freak (my home is often a mess) or a health freak and I have no interest in doing Yoga and things like that.
