THAT IS INCORRECT. The list shown when you swipe your screen to the left is the list of people you are talking to on Messenger but you are not friends with. How do I know? I haven't posted stories in months and I have new people in here that I recently started chatting with but they are not my Facebook friends.

It's only people you have been messaging via messenger - if public posts can be seen by anyone it doesn't really work with those you didn't add to your friend list nor messaged - so this is incorrect

Yeah that's not true. It doesn't show you "OTHERS" it just shows you other people you have communicated with on fb. That you aren't friends with... for example everyone who has messaged me on fb about things I have sold or got for sale on market place. I can see those people.

I do photography & just had a weekend photoshoot & most ppl that watched were mutual friends with the few clients that posted my work...they ended up adding me as a friend later but they viewed my story before they added

This is only used for the purpose of sharing your story instantly with the ppl that u selected in the custom option when u first post your story

I followed the instructions in this video..., it worked. But the people shown on the left list are the people i had connected with on messenger in the past. Some of them are my friends, and some aren't. If friends, they will show as "featured viewers" on my stories, while the "others" are obviously non-friends. There are non-friends i knew on facebook that i met in person and i know they are not the type of people who stalk other accounts on facebook like me. Also my stories are always on private (specific friends) so it's impossible that they could view my stories while it's private. I don't believe this video.

no its not the exact people but if you find a list its possible that some of those people are watching your story even if they are not in your freindlist because you might have some interaction with them in facebook without adding them as a friend

Thanks! But let me do some Corrections this will still work if your story is only for friends or custom. It's not necessary that it should be Public. My fb account is private but still i used to see others on my story then i tried this trick and it worked. So it works on private accounts too and it Doesn't matter if it’s only for friends or public or custom. You can always do this trick
