Also if you want to feel the elements through your hands you can and also suck out some energy they give off for self healing and to make you more powerful. The easiest way I found is too separate your hands to about 8 inches away and focus your energy bouncing from hand to the other itll feel like opposite magnets. When you spread your hands out as far as you can go and still feel the magnet between your hands your good to go. I've done many tests I did fire , plastic, water etc. They all have a unique form of energy. Water by far is the best to cleanse your energy. There is an even easier way to see your aura. With your cell phone camera, take a seat in a dimly lit room; a dark colored, non-shiny floor or background works best. Open your camera app (no filters please), begin video recording (with its light or flash on). Hold your other hand close-up to the back of your phone's camera, and begin to edge your fingers towards the lens, until you start to see the hazy variation in color appear on the screen. Don't let your lens focus on your hand though, because it can't capture it. Just practice doing that until you familiarize yourself with the positioning of your hand. It can be purple, white, red, yellow, blue, teal or even thinly layered colors stacked around your whole hand. Have fun! And it only works with the flash on while recording, don't worry about the resolution either..

The P-OLED screen is not what takes the picture, it is what allows you to view what you have recorded or captured. "The camera is the star of the show." (literally) My cell phone has 16MP dual cameras, records in 4K Ultra with HDR10. But!! None of that would matter if the actual sensors were crap. The sensor type and aperture size helps create either a high quality or low quality image or video. (along with all the other stuff, too) My specs happen to be: Aperture size: F1.6; Focal length: 30 mm; Sensor size: 1/3.09"; Pixel size: 1 μm. (Laser and PDAF, CMOS image sensor, BSI sensor). But no matter what type of camera phone I use, the result is still the same. I have been doing this for years with various camera phones... Studying & researching all this stuff, even have a PhD in Metaphysics. So... Just try it out... With different phones. You'll see I speak the truth.
