But that more applies to actively trying to avoid those things and then doing what you hate, didn't want to do. Be careful because you could get judged by Lord Jesus but don't cast away your confidence that God hears you for believing in his son, and that confidence has great recompense for reward. And we must keep that confidence until the end.

And also about 2-3 months ago I noticed I didn't feel guilty when I sinned and actually thought it was good thing although it wasn't, but during this past month I have been feeling more guilt for my sins and started to get sick of them not desiring them anymore. As a man who struggled for so long with both Smoking Weed and Pornography, biggest thing you can do is just FOCUS ON CHRIST. Not just saying to yourself "Focus on Christ" but actually focusing on him. Taking your time to read your Bible, to pray, to go to Church, fill your schedule with God. From what i've delt with, it all came down to my preoccupied flesh. Nothing was ever really going on so all I could think about were those two thing. But if you fill your time and your mind with things that Glorify God, rather then Is gratify. Change will come, and not by your own doing. But the Grace of God. Praise Jesus Christ 🙏🏼✝️

I pray every day, and I'm struggling hard with smoking weed. I feel like with God's help, it's only at night now but I feel still feel a ton of guilt. I've been smoking it since I was 16 and I'm in my 40s. God's been laying on me to give up my smoking addictions and it's been so incredibly hard. I'm going to keep praying because I do believe he'll deliver me from this addiction. I've always read how people get delivered immediately but that hasn't happened for me.

You are in your own race, some folks may have been delivered almost instantly, yet still struggle with other sins. You are in your own race with God. And believe me my friend, I know what it is like to be caught up on smoking weed. I have and still struggle with smoking. But focus not on NOT smoking but on God. Doing anything and everything throughout your day for the Glory of God, and at night, pushing through that temptation of smoking with focusing on God. Weather that's going on a prayer walk, reading the Bible ect. I've notice for myself that I start to smoke bc I'm bored. For you it may be different so find the root of the tree and cut it down. And plant a new one, this time from God. Remember you can not do it on your own, the more you try the more you'll fail and fall. Only God can deliver you. Notice where you start feeling tempted, no matter how tiny it may seem. Then kill it, with the word of God. Cut out everything in your life that causes even the smallest temptation to smoke. Exactly this bro! I struggled with pornography for 15 years. I literally watched it at the age of 7 bro, and for the longest time I felt like there was something wrong with me when I couldn’t stop, but it wasn’t true. I realized the real problem was that I was not willing to be genuine and with my creator, nor the people around me. I prayed and prayed and prayed, after a month of doing so, I asked the Lord to heal me from my sin and to choose myself, others, and Him above anything else. Since then I have been filled with His Holy Spirit and the void in my heart that I once had is now replaced with excitement for the future, hope and love for others, and the special moments when I pray and get guidance from Him. Praise Jesus Christ! His power is endless! Stay strong brothers, He is with you, you must go to Him too.

Around the start of the year, I found a new passion and love in Christ, after my entire 18 years of life being a lukewarm Christian. But I fell back into it and became passionless for God, giving into my sins, sexual sins and alcohol and nicotine and whatnot, feeling so lost all the time, and ignoring God, or feeling too guilty to even try to repent. recently, the Lord placed within me His fear. Because His fear is the beginning of all wisdom. I saw an edit where someone's eye was seen closing away as his life fades, only to wake up in the presence of Jesus. This snap me back to reality, as I remember death and how I will have to answer for every sin i've ever done in my life. And realizing how i've been treating the Lord, it terrifies me so very much. All seriousness, this problem really does seem daunting at times, but the scriptures are true. Draw near to Him, pray and draw near, and He will draw near to you. There are times of struggle - in fact it's almost all the time for me. But when I really go to God, and I really pray and hold fast to Him, God has always provided a way out of temptation, and what comes out of the perseverance is a growth of my character and resilience. I am beyond thankful for this video. I have been in a backslidden rebel state since 2020. The mental spirtual warefare of wondering if I was saved or backslidden or not ever saved has been pure suffering. I have a fear of hell and condemnation to my bones. I was too numb to cry. Not sleeping. Some sins I did was worse than before salvation, it seems. Hopelessness and dread were my normal. Please pray for me. I just want to be restored and back in felloship and intimacy with the Lord. I have felt so far away and dirty. And chose sin with no guilt. As someone who has been through the same thing, all He wants from you right now is to fully trust and have faith in Him. There is no need to fear, God loves you and doesn't want you to perish. I feel like I'm simply stuck in a loop.. before I became or well "came back" to being a Christian since I was a lukewarm before, I was kind of addicted to video games, and even now I've been praying to God to help me reduce them because I still feel like they're sin, not like actually, but the time I'm playing video games is, it's like 5 hours a day (if not more) and that makes it sin, and it's kind of mostly because I don't have anything to do in freetime. I'm mostly lonely at school and well during freetime too, so my only choice is video games. and recently I've lost my desire to reading the Bible too, I feel like I'm falling off, and I simply can't find a way to change it, I feel like God probably can't change me by Himself and since I say I want to try but I am not even trying, I just keep the guilt and shame in me forever because I dissapoint Him everytime.. How can I change or get out of this loop?

I am in this spiritual state.. I said I didn’t believe in Jesus because it’s too painful to consciously think of myself as Christian and know I have a hardened heart. It’s so scary. I understand and will be praying for you today. I too, after 10 years and being a worship leader for 6, have gone through the scariest 10 months.. been struggling with similar spiritual struggle. Let’s give him all of our facilities- let our minds speak to Him instead of us having our own thoughts. Let our minds be a continual dialogue with Him all day. Let’s ask Him to do what only He can do.

The Christian church is apostate and against the 10 commandments. They teach the opposite of what the Messiah did, preaching faith alone, OSAS, pretrib rapture nonsense, and they're promoting pagan idolatry like Christmas and Easter. Google the origins of these holidays, it's all ancient Roman and Babylonian god worship that the Lord hates, found nowhere in the Bible. If you want to be saved then you need to actually start obeying the instruction of God, which means not being a partaker of this stuff and keeping the 10 commandments. The church follows the Roman Empire's 321 AD Sunday law instead of the actual Saturday Sabbath commandment, which is the same problem Christ had with the Pharisees Mark 7:6-7 6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. 7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. We're supposed to follow the Messiah in truth. Flee from the lies of the church and repent. We can't break the Sabbath, eat abominations like pork and shellfish, or be a partaker of worldly idolatry like praying to wood statues or crosses or christmas and easter.
