This video sounds great, this info is great, the speaker is awesome, I love this information. I'm a new convertkit human in this is all very valid and useful even without a lot of people on my list. It is, however, out of focus and EXTREMELY hard to watch. I feel like I'm driving through a rainstorm and I forgot my glasses.

I tried to create a Segment but wouldn't let me without tags. Should instruct on tags first.
