If you want to do pod as a fulltime job then build your own audience. now a days, all the pod sites are over saturated so the number of organic sales anyone getting is not fair enough.

If you want to build your own audience, then any niche that you can build your audience is not bad. However, if you are relaying on organic traffic then work with uncommon niches. those may not have a huge demand or traffic, but the competition will be lower and the chance of getting sales will increase.
