On your podcast episode 2 you said that the towels should be washed in hot water and dried in the dryer after. You said the heat is what kills the germs and bacteria. In this video you say cold water and dry in medium heat. Which is right? I've been cleaning them in hot water since I watched that video. Could you please clear this up?

Hey, Aric! Good catch. In Podcast 2, we did say hot water and high heat. If you go back, Greg was speaking about laundering towels used in a medical setting and referenced a medical article. It gets confusing when he recommends the same for a "household setting". We recommend following the tips in this video. Cold water and medium heat for towels used for general surface and restroom cleaning to extend their longevity. High heat for those used in more sensitive settings. Sorry for the confusion!
