Health insurance provides financial protection in case you have a serious accident or illness.
No matter your age, gender or shoe size, you need health insurance. Just like you need car insurance, in case anything happens to your vehicle, health insurance will cover you if you become sick or suffer an injury.
Not having a health insurance plan will lead to financial losses and eventually drain your savings. You will end up paying the bills by yourself, which you could otherwise let the insurance company pay for.
