On the last step once you find these artists is there like a template on what you should message them? Like should you say you sell beats in the message or say something else? Great vid btw

Nah there’s really no perfect template, I’d say that whenever you message someone the first thing they will do is look at your profile so it’s more about having a great looking profile and from that people should easily be able to see you’re a producer who makes beats. I’d keep a first message just personalized to something they’ve posted or released and then after they check your profile they will decide if they wanna respond or not

If I'm selling leases, I could care less if they take it serious or not. I'm trying to earn a living. The simple fact is that around 99% of the rappers you sell to will never go anywhere. No shade, just reality. Same goes for producers; its just easier for us to sell beats than it is for then to sell songs.

Start pitching out beats directly to artists in the dms and see if they use them, it’s a good way to get proof of concept
