So are you saying you have to buy lead lists and make phone calls all day? Is there other ways to sell without cold or luke-warm calling all day, and spending money on phone numbers? Im intersted in getting my license but this sounds horrible. Ive never bought anything by a cold call. Ive been a nurse for 20 years and Im looking for extra income before retirement is available. I bring compassion for people to the table not aggressive selling. Is this not for me?

I’ve got lots of questions but do you think I’ll come into any hurdles being young? I’ll be 25 when I start and I know older clients or even younger clients want someone with experience. What’s something you have heard used to help overcome this obstacle.

Maybe consider doing some videos for exam prep for life/health insurance topics? So many KZbin video makers out there don't realize that presenting a video with good sound quality is very important to the listener and you keep it engaging and useful.

22 years old, Applied for a job that offers some classes for cheap! Bought the course, I'll be starting Monday, 5-29! Hopefully, I can soak up all the knowledge and start my new job soon! Just be direct with them w your questions. Your interviewing them not the other way around. Find my video that breaks out all the exact questions you need to ask them. Think it is titled something like “captive Interview”. Shouldn’t be hard to find. I’ve heard of them but do not know anything about their structure.

Def some benefits to having an. LLC for law suit protection and then tax wise it depends on a few things. Might want to check out becoming a S Corp on the first of the year. Need to talk to a tax pro

What product should I start learning first in your opinion? I am testing here in California on November 7 for both the health and life insurance license. I’m looking to take an Annuity course within the next month. My interest is peaked on the long term care products. Thank you for your advice in advance.

I’m a big believer that the goal should be able to sell them all but I think Medicare Supplements are the easiest to understand, quickest to get paid and fastest way to build a client list. You can always go back on those people down the road to sell other products

Jeremy Smith Ok with your advice and my initiative .I went out and bought 50cent composition books x3 and I a wrote Medicare Supplements on one Final Expense and Annuities on the other. I plan to study each product one by one until I am confident in my knowledge base starting with Medical Supplements! Thank you
