Thanks for video very useful indeed.I sold two cars so far.First car I sold to a man who happened to be car broker.He gave me money,took all signs for transfer of documents and later I found he displayed my car for sale in open market with 30000 extra price.I finally saw that car running by a new owner after six month.Later I learned all liability is yours till car is transferred to new owner. I sold my second car and a two wheeler.But this time I told them no delivery till vehicle is transferred in their name.I got full payment in advance and engaged my agent to transfer vehicle.Only when agent confirmed transfer of vehicle to new owner I gave the delivery I hope these portals give some kind of undertaking for safeguarding any liability of seller till the time it is transferred to new owner
