Hello, glad to hear that. Patternbank is for licensing your pattern designs. You don't need to sell actual fabrics.

you need to order sample of each design first in order to make the design available for sell. If you want to add that design in multiple scales or color, you can request the Spoonflower support to make them available at their end. You may mail them. But for every single design, you need to proof your design first.

hello manpreet. For spoonflower, you need to scan your artwork first. Then only you can upload the same for printing on fabrics. If you want to sell art prints/designs, then you can explore other POD sites like society 6 and redbubble or even Etsy.

About income, it depends on the amount of time you are investing in this platform. If you are regular, then a consistent income is achievable. Also, i think it more like a secondary source of income than a primary one.
