I’m not sure what Leevi would say, but I’d imagine the “master inbox” is just so you can see all the replies to your emails in one place. When you see a reply in the master inbox, you would go to the email you made that the client was replying to and reply from there That’s just a guess though

Hi! Great content. Question, when connecting to my mails (using hostinger hosting mails which are from "webamail" provider) to google they ask phone name, etc per mail. Is it ok to use the same information for my 20 mails? Or will google see it as spam?

Yeah it's fine but usually google might block out your number after multiple accounts created. I recommend virtual phone numbers.

When creating a lot of g suite accounts for a client it asks to verify with phone number, but you can only use your own number one time when creating new accounts before it says “this phone number has been used to many times” I try to use family’s phone numbers but what about next clients too?
