IMPORTANT: (If you have issues). If you are getting blank spaces where you should see content in the email such as {{First name}},{{Description}} etc... Simply change your draft to "Plan Text Mode". Also, you can fix this by highlighting each of the {{}} in the body of your email and selecting "remove formatting". Give this a go and let me know if this helps!

Did not pull in the first name? Try remove formating on the email. You can fix this by highlighting each of the {{}} in the body of your email and selecting "remove formatting". Give this a go and let me know if this helps!

But when I get the email, other brackets in the middle of the text are just blank. I have copied the text from a program so it may have had some formatting in it which prevented it from working.
