How to send conditional content based on ticket types in an order for online event tickets

Sometimes your buyers of a specific ticket need information based on their ticket selection. For example if you're running a hybrid event, and you can buy an in-person ticket or an online ticket, your online ticket holders will need the streaming link, whilst the in-person attendees will need the venue details. By adding conditional content to the bottom of your event confirmation email you can streamline your operations.
How to add conditional content:
- Open the event where your have different ticket types on sale.
- Head to 'Event confirmation' in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see a section called 'Conditional content'.
