It work on localhost(Local server) but not work in Cpanel it shows error "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server"

Contact your cpanel provider and ask for mail-host for the given or added email id. Also please check have you given the correct path for SMTP require.
