Hey Dhruv.. So at 6:18 when I uploaded the document .. it directly auto filled the first name and last name.. I was unable to edit the column. The reason I wanted to edit was my full name was in First name and there was nothing in last name I tried it several times but wouldn’t change. The application number was auto fill though it was correct and need not be changed. I hope there won’t be any problem there.

Actually consent form is not needed if you are in person to submit your passport except for PR visa You might want to include this info in your next video. Also at lest for work permit photos are not needed
