Hi Sanjay. Even I want to send sample of Mangoes to UK. Did you get any update about your query. I have been contacting the courier companies like DHL, Fed Ex but they have not received any guidelines from the government yet. Such a laid back attitude everywhere. Maine sample bheje the sample invoice kay diya packing listbbanakar dhl se bhej diya kya mujhe gst ka bhi bill karna tha free sample the bill no 1 likh kar bhej diya gst me kya treatment karna hai iska

Agar aapne free samples bheje hain aur invoice mein "Free Sample" ya "Sample - No Commercial Value" likha hai, toh aapko GST bill banana zaroori nahi hai. Lekin, agar aapne GST number ke saath invoice bheji hai, toh aapko transaction ko GST returns mein declare karna hoga, lekin aapko koi GST tax pay nahi karna hoga kyunki yeh ek sample transaction hai. Agar aapko koi confusion hai, toh GST consultant se consult karein.
