Hi @ilyv2design, Thanks for your interest with Jotform. Jotform does not currently integrate with Tithely, but it is feasible to create a sign-up form and send SMS messages after a form submission. You may follow this video tutorial on how to do that. You can also use other medium like Zapier, Make or Power Automate to connect Jotform with any other SMS providers. Alternatively, if you're familiar with Webhook, you can set up a webhook in your form that triggers your SMS provider's endpoint. I followed every step of the process "How to Send SMS Messages After a Form Submission". During my testing of the Jotform submission, I received no texts. I tried to restart the whole process as in the video, with no success. Please advise.

Hi @bbrown9021, When we checked this, everything was working properly. If you're still not receiving SMS messages, there may be an issue with your Twilio configuration, as this flow is responsible for sending them. I recommend sending a test message by clicking "Save & Send Test Request" in the Twilio action section on Pabbly. This will help you identify the error response from Twilio, allowing you to address the issue based on the error you receive. I've been trying to set this up, followed all steps but I only get the messages If I put my own number in the form. Do I have to pay through Twilio for other people putting their numbers to get a text as well?

Hi @DrumforJC18, If you're going to test SMS with Twilio, you're fine with their free trial account but with limitations and one of that is sending SMS only with verified phone numbers. Hello Samantha, Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to trigger 3rd party integration based on an approval flow. As a workaround for that, if your SMS provider supports Email-to-SMS gateway, create your SMS gateway email and set at as a recipient in an email element of your approval flow. What if I want to send a picture to a customer after they filled out a form

Hello Darren, You can directly embed a picture or add a link to a picture in your form's autoresponder message. The autoresponder message will be automatically sent to the submitter after the form is submitted. It is also possible to attach a file to autoresponder. How I can replace the sending number by company name?

Hello Ahmed, If you're using Twilio as your SMS provider as also used in this video tutorial, you may try defining your company name in the Sender Name field, but there's no guarantee it would work since Twillio suggests numeric characters for that field. You may also contact Twillio Support in regard to this matter for your assistance.
