How to Separate & Combine Objects in Blender

Why are you going from maya to blender if I could ask? Also, is maya or blender more comfortable for you personally?

Great question! I love Maya and learned it in school so it’s definitely the software I’m most comfortable using, but I see a lot of cool things coming out of Blender that I want to recreate - particularly certain styles of toon shading. Also, it doesn’t hurt that Blender is free!😅
