How do you go about grinding the bottom blad with this mower? Do you really need to remove the cilinder to be able to put it in the Bernhard grinder?

Is it the same principle for manual cylinder mowers? Mine came with terrible instructions and I've been struggling to work out how to set up the blades correctly.

Hi there, I am looking to buy the strips you use to test the reel adjustment. I cant get it anywhere. Where do you get yours from?

mate just get an old phone book and cut it with scissors into strips and staple the ends together.. thats what i did anyways

I would fold over a piece of newspaper and use that to test the cut, about the only thing the daily fail was good for.
