There are many ways to keep the system soft and natural: 1. Best way is to use spray conditioner each morning (2 sprays in the front, 2 in the back and 1 spray on left and right) make sure to brush your hair after spraying. 2. Make sure you do not shampoo more than twice a week and atleast 2-3days apart from the last shampoo event( I shampoo Mondays and Thursdays ) and always use spray conditioner after your showers 3. If you use gel/wax products for styling make sure you are not leaving them on the system for more than 24-30hrs as depending on the product you use it may be damaging/dehydrating your system.

Sir, generally after a day of service hair again start getting harder. So can you please make a video on how to keep hair soft because when it become harder people easily recognise it is hair patch and not original.
