Great video! We just ate through our belt on a mid xrx machine. The belt i pulled out of it had 669 stamped on the side. Whenever i look for replacement parts, searches will recommend a 725. What's the difference and can a 725 be used or do we need to stick with the 669? Thanks!

That number is the length of the belt in millimeters. Some of the hammerhead machines take that 725, and some other karts of a similar size use it as well. The 669 is for Trailmaster Mid karts WITHOUT reverse. The reverse models take the 788. You can find both options on our website, as well as a made in the USA performance belt. I have a trailmaster blazer 4seat 2021 150x the belt broke and i change every thing the belt and cluch but i used maybe 30 minute and the belt broke one more time

Most likely there is an issue with one of your clutches, or quite possibly your chain. It's possible that the belt was installed incorrectly. There could be a lot of things going on there. It may be best to contact a technician on our website or take it to a powersports mechanic.

I got a mid xrx that when we step on the gas, you hear a lot of power from the engine, but the kart barely moves. It also has a brand new engine. Do you know what that could be?

It’s hard to tell without lots of information to seeing a video but my first thought would be something going on with the drive system. Double check that the collar bushing inside you clutch is properly aligned in the groove of the driver housing and check the length of your belt. You can always email our techs for more assistance.

I got my kids an XRX model with revers. the thing jerks sometimes when pressing on the gas pedal. What could that be? Are bolts lose or something else?
