I love this but its so hard when people suffer from chronic illnesses. I struggle every day to keep up with any habits because simply my body says 'non'. I keep my bullet journal updated but live with guilt that my simple habits of even getting up to walk even 1,000 steps...... Someone needs to write a self help and productivity book for people who have illnesses, there are so many of us and everyone is depressed because they can't get themselves over the hump, especially people with ME CFS, MCAS, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes etc... people want to live and make improvements, it's so hard :(

so sorry! you can creare a menu habit step and routine! when you feel at your best you do 100, when you suffer do 0 and the other time you do 20 or 70 or 50 the important thing is progressive over perfection

Something that helps me is having a list of what I did get to do or habits I have gotten done. That way it’s not a guilt feeling if I had a goal to do something and I just can’t because my body had other plans for that day I’ll try and focus on what I can do and it changes daily and I’m just surprised sometimes on days when If I did sent a goal for something and didn’t get it done but day maybe I did one other thing that day and get it done and didn’t realize it. I completely agree there should be more out there in terms of chronic illness and other things as well. Either way you deserve to give yourself grace even if you feel that you didn’t get what you set out for originally. Hopefully there will be more information out there for the productivity side and self help. 🤍

@@JadeMadison-e6h You're so kind, bless you. I do both but guilt and shame.....I've listed all my achievements this year and its by far the best in 12 years of being home/bed bound....I just hit 100 books in 6 months of starting which I've never done before but the day to day....is so frustrating...I'm trying to find a way up and out some days I'm on my knees and I've found soooo many people like myself, women especially, many stuck at home alone, no family support, so much brain fog that they can't even journal. It's so sad. Merry xmas in advance.

@@pianificalatuavita I'm trying to stick so hard to routines....some days I can take 10k steps, the last time I did it I had a two month stint in bed. I make beautiful plans and they all fall through apart from reading and watching documentaries, I'm trying to develop my intellect because my body keeps failing me :( Every day I've got - wash my hair on my to do list - it took me almost two weeks to do it....grrrrr then I see and hear people talking about being lazy and I think to myself - 'thank God you don't know what its like to go through anything like this'.

I implemented a strict budgeting strategy to track expenses and set clear limits, while also focusing on a smart investment approach. In just six months, my investments grew by over $80,000, boosting my savings and financial confidence. This combined strategy has set me on track to achieve my long-term financial goals.

that’s incredible! What’s the secret behind this strategy? How did you manage to save up so much so quickly?

@@Nancy-1w Thanks! The strategy was all thanks to Lorrie Greta Hillard, a brilliant financial advisor. She helped me create a personalized budgeting plan, track my expenses, and prioritize savings effectively. Her expertise made all the difference in reaching my financial goals!

why is there so much stack footage in this video? I feel like this wasn't the case last year. Makes it hard to watch honestly. I love your analysis and tips though
